Roles & Responsibilities

•Concept, write, and edit copy for a variety of software/cloud product releases working closely with the Product Management team in an agile methodology
•Write original content and edit communication materials both on and offline.
•Develop & update project news announcements, advertisements, email copies, press releases, key messages, fact sheets, & other collateral material as needed.
•Gather information, use cases, from product managers and other team members in all documentation and knowledge management.
•Monitor technology trends and best practices such as emerging standards for new opportunities to improve technical documentation.

Experience & Competencies

•Excellent short-form and long-form writing skills in a variety of voices and tones.
•Strong English writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
•An ability to craft language and communication to multiple target audiences.
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
•Should be well versed in the marketing technology landscape including custom web development, cloud, and social media.
•Write original content and edit communication materials both on and offline.
